How to restore from a backup a change?

First, find the product you would like to restore from the backup the original title, and the description.

Click the "Restore Backup" button on the relevant item. 

You can track the progress in the status bar.

You can also Restore Backup in a Bulk. Simply choose the relevant products, and click the Bulk button.
